Designed by noted Queensland architect FDG Stanley and constructed in 1882-3, this heritage listed three storey building is a culturally significant central Brisbane warehouse. The refurbishment created a work space for a law firm with over sixty staff. With functional meeting areas in the basement and two levels of offices above, a newly incorporated light well, new entry stairs and lift provided physical and social connections between spaces.
The refurbishment was the winner of the 2007 RAIA Queensland State Interior Architecture Award and the 2007 RAIA Queensland State Conservation award.

Since [refurbishing 130 Mary St] Steve has done a number of projects for my wife and I. These include complete remodeling and refurbishment of our units in New Farm and on the Sunshine Coast, and extension and refurbishment of commercial and retail properties.
